About 

Account Manager

Your responsibilities

  • developing and strengthening customer relationships while maximizing sales to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and distributors for the White Drive Motors and Steering sp. z o. o. business in Europe and Asia
  • establishing relationships with the customers to enable thorough understanding of their application and needs to optimize White – value proposition
  • developing tactical and action plans for the major OEM’s and distributors and modifying them as necessary in order to meet changing conditions and objectives
  • managing the complex sales cycle from identification to cash generation in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functional areas
  • developing and diligently managing a business opportunity pipeline for long-term sales revenue growth
  • Forecasting sales revenues within your account responsibility based on customer input and market conditions
  • providing regional input to our global sales teams for international accounts to maximize the regional implementation of global customer strategies
  • taking an ownership role in conflict resolution to ensuring customer satisfaction

Our expectations

  • 4-5 years of experience in technical Sales with a proven track record, ideally in the automotive, construction or agricultural machinery market
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Economics
  • very good English language skills (knowledge of other languages ​​would be advantage)
  • flexibility with regards to travel (35-40%, mainly within Europe)
  • focus on customer service
  • goal-oriented mindset combined with perseverance and a great desire to meet the sales targets
  • professional and convincing communication skills
  • experience with MS Office, preferably also with SAP and Salesforce
  • ability to work independently
